Ecological Land Types within LTA 7.
ELT 7a
Soil Summary:
dominant soils are very shallow and shallow to granite and similar rocks; very gravelly sandy loams throughout, some soils with gravelly clay loam surfaces and gravelly clay and clay subsoils; no lime; no to moderate soil development (clay accumulation); dominated by Pima County soil survey map unit 13 (Cellar-Lehmans complex, 5 to 25 percent slopes). This unit comprises 94% of the ELT, respectively
Geologic Materials:
alluvium and residuum associated with the Catalina-Rincon igneous and metamorphic complex (TXm) and middle to late Pleistocene piedmont alluvium, undivided (Qi),which comprise 74% and 20% of the unit, respectively
Landforms:
moderately to finely dissected, weakly to moderately incised fan and pediment surfaces

These units comprise 78% and 21% of the ELT, respectively
Geologic Materials:
