dominant soils are very shallow and shallow to granite and similar rocks; very gravelly sandy loams throughout, some soils with gravelly clay loam surfaces and gravelly clay and clay subsoils; no lime; no to moderate soil development (clay accumulation); dominated by Pima County soil survey map unit 13 (Cellar-Lehmans complex, 5 to 25 percent slopes). This unit comprises 98% of the unit
Geologic Materials:
alluvium and residuum associated with undivided surficial deposits and basin fill (QTs), the Catalina-Rincon igneous and metamorphic complex (TXm), and areas of rock exposure, mostly Pinal Schist (Xp, P1eh, Kjb) which comprise 44%, 42%, and 13% of the ELT, respectively

moderately to finely dissected, weakly to moderately incised fan and pediment surfaces
