dominant soils are very shallow and shallow to granite and similar rocks; very gravelly sandy loams throughout, some soils with gravelly clay loam surfaces and gravelly clay and clay subsoils; no lime; no to moderate soil development (clay accumulation); dominated by Pima County soil survey map unit 13 (Cellar-Lehmans complex, 5 to 25 percent slopes). This unit comprises 99% of the ELT
Geologic Materials:
alluvium and residuum associated with the Catalina-Rincon igneous and metamorphic complex (TXm) and middle to late Pleistocene piedmont alluvium, undivided (Qi) which comprise 44% and 34% of the unit, respectively
Landforms:
moderately to finely dissected, weakly to moderately incised fan and pediment surfaces
